Returns and refunds
Because every Field Service Stack item is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or other buyer preference. Please review the product description and size information before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact epiphanydynamics@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do not send an item back to the manufacturer or print provider unless we give you written return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be received or refunded.
Cancellations
Orders can enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after production has started.
Refunds
We will notify you when a refund is approved. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact epiphanydynamics@gmail.com.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
