Production and handling

Field Service Stack products are made on demand. Production begins after your order is confirmed. The current production and delivery estimate is shown during checkout and may vary by product, print provider, destination, and seasonal demand.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and peak-season volume can affect arrival dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. An order with products from different print providers may arrive in more than one package and may have separate tracking numbers.

Address changes

Contact epiphanydynamics@gmail.com immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee an address change after an order is submitted.

International orders

International availability is determined at checkout. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an item arrives damaged, contact epiphanydynamics@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work with the carrier or print provider on the available resolution.
